LUMA is 85 percent sold out!
LUMA, First Hill’s newest high-rise condominium, is 85 percent sold! As of today, September 7th, 143 of the 168 homes are under contract. The construction of the Weber-Thompson designed is officially complete and the sales center has moved from Pike Street to the permanent location in the building.
