Building Spotlight: KODA Condominiums

Set for occupancy in late 2020, KODA is the first project of its kind in the International District. The highly convenient location, in the heart of Nihonmachi (Japantown) is in close proximity to Downtown Seattle, Capitol Hill and the Seattle Waterfront. Featuring a Transit Score of 100 and WalkScore of 98, the site is bound to appeal to urban commuters.

The building will rise seventeen stories tall and house 201 condominium homes. A collection of floor plans is available to prospective residents, from studios measuring just over 350 square feet, to one- and two-bedroom homes as large as 1,065 square feet. Highly desirable live/work options will also be available, measuring a spacious 1,611 square feet. The pricing will begin at just below $450,000 and go upwards of $1,400,000.

Aside from a wide array of floor plans, the plethora of amenities at KODA is bound to appeal to prospective buyers. The ground level will feature a lobby, parking with controlled access and a curated selection of retail. The seventh floor will be a place to both, unwind, with zen gardens and a wellness center, and to conduct business, with meeting rooms. Club Koda, on the 17th floor will undoubtedly be the heart of the building, with a club room, a viewing lounge with a fireplace, a private dining room (complete with a chef’s kitchen!) and a lounge coupled with a screening room. Finally, there is the 18th floor rooftop deck, with an outdoor barbecue area and fire pits. The fully appointed gym and yoga studio will complete the top level of this highly anticipated building.
