Building Spotlight: SPIRE
Coming to Belltown in the winter of 20/21, SPIRE is one of the most anticipated projects currently under construction in the city of Seattle. Set to measure a staggering 440 feet, this 41-story building is the brainchild of Laconia Development and VIA Architecture, with Robin Chell responsible for the interiors.
Currently under construction at 600 Wall Street, SPIRE will be a pet-friendly building featuring 342 units and a multitude of floor plans. Condominiums will range in size from 531 square feet to expansive 2,635 square foot homes, with pricing from around $665,000 to over $4M for the largest units. Close attention was paid to the interior of the homes, with a variety of designer color choices, European style cabinetry, Bosch or Sub Zero/Wolf appliances, Kohler plumbing fixtures and 9 to 10’ ceilings.
As with most luxurious Seattle high-rises, SPIRE will abound in amenities. The ground level will be home to around-the-clock concierge, a lobby lounge, bicycle storage and retail. Meanwhile, the top two floors will house a terrace, private dining rooms, an exhibition kitchen, various fitness options, a dog run and even a movie room, making SPIRE a place one never has to leave.
