Coming soon to First Hill – The Graystone

The 271-unit condominium high-rise coming to First Hill in 2022 now has a name – The Graystone. Developed by Seattle-based Daniels Real Estate, the 31-story building’s name is inspired by the Greystone Manor – an elegant landmark which opened in 1907 and was one of the most popular social clubs in the neighborhood.

The Graystone is the only high-rise condominium with a 2022 opening date and the priority reservations are now open. Interested parties are able to secure reservations on homes with just $5,000. Once the sales center opens in 2021, this sum will convert to 5% earnest money. The project is designed by LMK Architects, with Turner Construction responsible for building it. 

Robin Chell Design will be in charge of the interiors of the 271 residences, over 60% of which will be priced below $1 million – no doubt appealing to those interested in the neighborhood, such as the many medical professionals who work on First Hill. The interiors are poised to echo the elegance of the bygone era, with tall ceiling and massive windows to be paired with wood as well as stone in two distinct finishes. 

As with most new construction buildings, amenities will abound at The Graystone. The top floor will feature four entertaining areas, all with stunning views of Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier. In addition to an outdoor plaza perfect for al fresco dinner parties, there will also be a chef’s kitchen, a media room and a game lounge, giving The Graystone’s residents lots of options to entertain in style. 

In addition, there will also be another amenity level on the second floor. Designed with those residents who work from home, there will be a large fitness center and even a 9,000 square foot park for them to enjoy. Around-the-clock concierge service will also be available in this building, which will be managed by Columbia Hospitality.
