Surrounded by shops, food markets, cafes and restaurants, this building certainly offers convenience - especially with several bus lines within couple of blocks. In addition, you are only minutes away from Seattle Center, theaters, and Key Arena. If you enjoy the feel of a vibrant community, this is a great area to consider. The residential units at the Barclay consist of studios, one and two bedroom homes ranging from 498-1,309 sq. ft. The interior finishes are pretty standard with granite countertops and generous kitchen space. While most of the units come with large private patios, there are some units with Juliet balconies. It’s worth mentioning that all units are equipped with a gas fireplace, which is a nice feature for keeping warm in the winter months.
