The concrete and steel building is LEED certified and features energy efficient solutions such as heat and cooling pumps, dual-flush Toto Aquia toilets, low-flow Kohler shower heads and concrete countertops. Designed by Callison Architects and Interior Designers, most units feature German cabinetry by Eggersmann, sandblasted glass tile backsplashes and Bosch stainless steel appliances. In addition, some of the units on the top three floors have upgraded Miele appliances. The units in Enso also feature Lunada Bay hand poured tile, floating vanities, built in linen closets and optional huge soaking tub in each bathroom.
