Built in 1982, the Kelleher House is a 16-story concrete and steel condominium building consisting of 60 homes in the heart of First Hill. Located on Spring Street and Minor Avenue, the area offers great convenience with its restaurants, cafes, shops, bus lines, and major hospitals nearby. It is also within walking distance to Capitol Hill and downtown Seattle, where theatres, museums and nightlife entertainment are plenty. Being one of the taller buildings in the area, many of the units on the upper floors have expansive views of the City, mountains, and Lake Union. Â Also for being on a lovely tree lined street, the view from some of the lower level units are quite appealing as well.
