KODA is the first project of its kind in the International District. The highly convenient location, in the heart of Nihonmachi (Japantown), with excellent transit and WalkScores, is bound to appeal to a wide array of buyers. The building itself will rise seventeen stories tall, encompassing over two hundred condominium homes.
