Located within walking distance of the bustling Pike-Pine corridor and Downtown Seattle, the First Hill neighborhood has long been in demand with Seattle residents. LUMA, the 168-unit condominium building that will be finished in the Summer 2016, is the newest addition to the area. LUMA was designed by Weber Thompson, developed by Lowe Enterprises and Lease Crutcher Lewis was the builder. The 35 different floor plans add to the building’s universal appeal. Residents can choose from a wide variety of home sizes, ranging from 600 to over 1,700 square feet. From open one bedrooms to penthouses, all condominiums feature 9’ ceilings, oversized windows and a choice of one of three color palettes. Aside from a convenient location and incredible views, LUMA also offers numerous amenities, spread out over three floors. The ground level includes an expansive lobby with gallery walls for displaying art as well as a pet station. The second amenity level features state-of-the-art fitness center, complete with stability and TRX equipment. Finally, the rooftop level features areas for entertaining as well as solo enjoyment.
