Located on a dead-end street in Lower Queen Anne, the Luxe is a boutique community of merely 39 units. Originally built in 1967, the building received a major makeover in 2007. The one- and two- bedroom units and two spacious penthouses feature high-end upgrades such as stainless steel appliances, slab countertops and either walnut or cork flooring. In addition, every home features either a balcony or a terrace, from which views of Puget Sound, the Space Needle and Downtown Seattle can be enjoyed.
