Located at the intersection of Bellevue Avenue and Denny Way, the Marq is in the heart of it all. The Capital Hill condo building was completed in 2004 and features a modern look thanks to the aluminum siding. While the Marq has only six stories and 48 homes, the floorplans range from studios to two bedroom plus den units. All of the condominiums include stainless steel appliances, hardwood-look flooring in the main living areas, mosaic backsplash tiles and most feature balconies or patios. The residents of the building can also enjoy a large community patio with a BBQ area and stunning views of the Downtown Seattle Skyline.
