Built in 2007 by a local developer, The Schuster Group, this 12-story glass building exemplifies hip & chic urban living with its exposed piping and open living spaces. Reminiscent of New York loft-style condominiums and town homes, floor plans range from 500 square feet studio to 2,000 square feet penthouse. Combining sustainable materials with modern design, the units boast tall exposed concrete ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors and central forced air heat and air conditioning. Mosler's environmentally friendly features include a "green" rooftop with landscaped surface that filters storm water. Common amenities in the building include a rooftop terrace, fitness center, library/reading room, club room and guest suite.
