All of the condominiums are designed with livability in mind, with expansive windows, sleek kitchens and comfortable living areas. NEXUS will have two main amenity levels, the podium and the rooftop. The podium level will feature a co-working environment with private meeting areas – a first in the Seattle market. In addition, lounge and media rooms, a workout facility with a yoga studio and a dog lounge will complete the podium amenity level. The rooftop, SKYCLUB Level, will feature various common spaces. From an exhibition kitchen and private dining area to a lounge and game room, the SkyClub will be an entertainer’s dream. Taking advantage of the fantastic view, residents and guests will be able to enjoy the outdoor terrace with BBQ stations and firepits.
