Eastlake has long been one of Seattle’s most popular neighborhoods, combining the proximity to Downtown with the serene feel of nearby Lake Union. Located just a couple blocks from the bustling South Lake Union neighborhood, on Eastlake Avenue, the Tramonti is a steel and concrete four story building. The units range in size from cozy studios to sprawling two-level penthouse homes with oversized outdoor spaces. All of the condominiums feature Viking appliances, 9.5’ ceilings and private terraces. Tramonti is a small community of only thirty units, all of them with western exposures, to take advantage of the Lake Union views as well as beautiful sunsets.
