Encore at Columbia Station Pricing Released – Reservations to Begin in February 2019
More accurate pricing for Encore at Columbia Station, a building coming to the Columbia City neighborhood in 2020 is now available. We have blogged about this exciting project in the past and are excited to share more details.
This four-story project will be comprised of 96 units and located at 4689 Martin Luther King Jr. Way South, just steps away from Columbia City Station – about 15 minutes from Downtown Seattle by public transit. A variety of floor plans will be offered to potential buyers, from cozy studios to sizeable two-bedroom units. The smallest units will be offered at below $300,000, with urban one-bedrooms (roughly 500 square feet in size) available at below $400,000. One bedroom, one-bathroom homes, measuring between 505-670 square feet in size, will be priced from the low $400,000, while the one bedroom plus den (nearly 700 square foot) option will be available form the mid $500,000. The large, roughly 864-976 square foot homes, will be available starting at the high $600,000. In addition, parking spaces will be available for purchase for as little as $29,000.
Unit-specific reservations will begin on February 23rd, 2019. A fully refundable deposit of $2,500 will be required and said reservations will become Purchase and Sale Agreements once the Sales Center opens in the spring of this year.
