More condos coming to Bellevue – ParqHouse to debut in 2023
The Bellevue condominium boom continues, with Fana Group choosing to forego hotel rooms in favor of private residences in its newest project, ParqHouse. The change is unsurprising, given the pandemic’s effect on the hospitality industry.
The 33-story tower is designed by a WA-based architectural firm of VIA Architecture and will be replacing a late 1970s building currently on site at 305 108thAvenue N. E, per a recent article in the Daily Journal of Commerce. The 345 foot tall tower will be constructed by JTM, with CKC acting as the structural engineer for the project. Communita Atelier is attached as the landscape architect. While no brokerage is attached to the project, pre-sales are expected to begin soon.
Built on a 34,335 square foot site, the highly anticipated project will feature multiple terraces for its residents – one on the third floor and two one floor below, facing both south and west. The top floor is expected to house an amenity spaces, as newly built high-rise projects often do. In addition to the common outdoor spaces, some of the upper floor condominiums will feature private decks as well. In addition to 337 parking spaces, there will be 28 bike stalls. While there will be no commercial space in the building, there will be a 1,500-square foot plaza facing 108th Avenue.
