New Condo Project Coming to Downtown Seattle
Another day, another new construction announcement. Seattle House is the latest condominium building planned for Downtown Seattle – and it is set to epitomize city living by offering very modern amenities. The 600-unit, two-tower project will be developed by a Canada-based company, Concord Pacific Development, which is behind a multitude of urban projects in Toronto, Vancouver and London. LIV Design Studio is responsible for the interior design.
Seattle House is certainly set to be the “smartest” condominium project in the area, with smartphone technology-enabled amenity spaces, storage and even parking garage. In addition, the project is set to be energy efficient and environmentally friendly, with rooftop solar panels, smart thermostats and all parking stalls equipped with EV chargers.
The project will feature a staggering 50,000 square feet of amenity space. From a grand lobby featuring 24-hour concierge, a workshop for residents to one of the largest co-working spaces in the city. At 7,000 square feet, the co-working space will feature an open area as well as private, soundproof pods for more discreet collaboration. The building is set to showcase various wellness options, from a state-of-the-art gym with private lockers, to a sauna and a yoga studio. There will also be a tepidarium, modeled on the best wellness centers in the world, where one will be able to unwind by the pool or book a private massage. While there will be plenty of places to work within the building, there will also be a multitude of options for unwinding, with an experimental kitchen, a games room, a sky lounge and even a Zen garden. The building will also be pet friendly, with a pet spa and an indoor-outdoor dog parks and play areas.
While few details are currently available on the interiors of the homes, Seattle House is set to feature luxurious elements, such as European cabinetry, fine fixtures and even high-end internet in every home. Two color palettes are currently available to be reviewed on the website, one in Midnight Black and one in White, both offering a sleek interior color combination.
