NEXUS has officially arrived – first residents begin moving in

NEXUS is finally here! One of Downtown Seattle’s newest high rises is finally ready for the residents to move-in. We have followed the progress of that project closely, as it was one of the first in the wave of new construction that has swept through Seattle.

The project got a tremendous amount of attention from Buyers, with 90% of the units were pre-sold by November of 2017, with homes priced as low as $340,000. The project is comprised of 389 units, with a variety of floor plans ranging from 300 square foot studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom homes as large as 2,000 square feet – hence why NEXUS was a great fit for many. 

While about 93% of units in this 41-story tower have been sold, about 30 homes still remain. The available homes range in size from a 1-bedroom, 722 square foot unit priced at just under a million to 2-, 3-bedroom homes and skyflots and penthouses. The largest of the remaining homes are between 1,403-1,816 square feet and priced at around $2,195,000.
