NEXUS Seattle is now 90% presold!

On November 20th Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty and Burrard Group, part of the team behind Denny Triangle’s newest residential tower confirmed that NEXUS in Seattle is now 90% pre-sold.

An encore sales event occurred on November 18th – we blogged about it here. It was a smashing success, with the line forming as early as 18 hours before the doors opened. Per our earlier blog, the Burrard Group announced it would offer 16 studio and urban one-bedroom units during the event, all located between floors 28 and 35. However, the patient buyers were in for a pleasant surprise: an additional dozen of units between floors 3-6 were also available for purchase! Given the extremely low supply of condominium units in Downtown Seattle, this was fantastic news. Per Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, a total of 28 homes was sold on November 18th, ranging in prices from $340,950 to $667,950. Parking spaces were sold for $75,0000.
