NEXUS Penthouse Floor Plans Released

Located on the 39th and 40th floors of the 41-story tower, the four penthouses will each occupy the southwest and northeast elevations in their entirety. For those interested in grand living, there are two options: a three bedroom plus den floor plan and a four bedroom plus den option. The three bedroom homes are offered at around $4,799,950, while the four-bedroom plan will set the lucky buyers back $4,899,950.
