NEXUS hits a major construction milestone!

NEXUS, the newest condominium tower to be completed in Downtown Seattle, reached a major milestone. We have blogged about this incredible project extensively in the past Рhere and here. We extremely familiar with NEXUS and have been following its progress closely.

The construction of the 41-story condominium tower is now past the excavation phase and on its way to reach new heights. The project’s foundation mat has been poured – all 3,900 cubic yards of concrete, according to the marketing team behind NEXUS, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. In addition, a revision of the floor plans between the 28th and 35th stories was announced by Burrard Group, the tower’s developer. Due to popular demand, some one bedroom + den homes will now become two units: a studio measuring around 480 square feet and an urban one bedroom which will measure just over 500 square feet. Said revisions will increase the number of total units in NEXUS to 389 units.

Even more exciting than the construction update is the encore release of sixteen residences on November 18th, many of them in the mid-$500,000 to mid-$600,000 range. Homes in this price point at NEXUS have been sold out. The Stroupe Group is very familiar with NEXUS and has assisted many buyers with reservations for condominiums in the project.
