NEXUS Seattle Releases Floor Plans & Debuts Informational Film

NEXUS  Seattle is one step closer to completion: on May 31st, the Burrard Group announced that it has closed on the land at 1200 Howell Street, the building’s site. Moreover, unit-specific reservations will begin this weekend, ahead of the public sales debut and groundbreaking, which is slated for fall. Those interested in purchasing will be able to zero in on their dream home & reserve it for a $5,000 refundable deposit on June 4th and 5th. The opening of the sales center will occur in the fall and will coincide with the reservations becoming Purchase and Sale Agreements. As we have mentioned before, Realogics Inc. is the marketing partner of the project and Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty will handle sales, giving the us an exclusive insight into NEXUS. Many notable names are involved in bringing NEXUS Seattle to life. In the above video, some of the key players took the time to discuss the project. The developer, Burrard Group, is represented by Christian Chan (Executive Vice President) and Terry Bendrick (the company’s Vice President of Development). Weber Thompson, the project’s architecture and interior design firm is represented by Blaine Weber (Principal) and Carrie Smith. Dean Jones of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty is leading the NEXUS marketing team while Michael Cannon is the Sales Director. The preferred lender, Caliber Home Loans, is represented by Carese Busby.

The newly released floor plans offer insight into the NEXUS Seattle style of living. The smallest units, which include studios and urban one bedroom homes, start at 395 square feet and will be priced at a little over $300,000. One-bedroom homes, such as the 747 square foot unit on the 8th floor will sell for somewhere in the $400,000s – the price includes a parking spot. Large, 1,099 square foot, two-bedroom units will be priced from the high $700,000s. One of the most exciting and in demand floor plans will likely be the two level loft-like homes, such as the one on the 19th floor – measuring at nearly 1,900 square feet, it will be priced to sell at a little over $2,000,000.
