This Seattle Neighborhood is Predicted to Be Country’s Hottest at the End of 2017
The real estate giant Redfin released its latest “Hottest Neighborhood Predictions” and one Seattle neighborhood came up on top. First Hill, the increasingly more popular area adjacent to Downtown Seattle has nabbed the #1 Spot!
First Hill is a fantastic neighborhood, beloved by many, including us at the Stroupe Group. Located walking distance from Downtown Seattle as well as the bustling Capitol Hill, First Hill offers a fantastic location from those working in either area. Unlike Downtown and Capitol Hill, however, it is much quieter and known for its tree-lined streets. First Hill has been evolving in the recent years, with new construction and an impending arrival of a Whole Foods Market. Many high-rises are in the area, with the most interesting ones highlighted on our website. Those looking to reside in First Hill will be able to pick from a wide variety of condominium buildings.
On one end, there is the Gainsborough – built in 1930, it features over fifty homes with historic charm and a grand lobby. Rich in intricate detail and classic lines, the condominiums in the Gainsborough take one’s breath away. You can find more information about the Gainsborough, current listing and building photos here.
On the modern end of the spectrum, there is Luma. Finished just last year, it is one of the newest high-rises in the Seattle area. The building offers over one hundred and sixty units, with a variety of floor plans, ranging in size from 600 to over 1,700 square feet – and many come with balconies. Aside from fantastic views in every angle, Luma is known for great amenities, such as the rooftop hot tub! You can check out detailed information about Luma here.
