October 2019 – Carbon 56
Featured Building: Carbon 56
Located in the bustling Denny Triangle neighborhood, Carbon 56 is one of the more unique buildings in the Downtown Seattle area. Built in 2004, this 56-unit condominium building features an instantly recognizable green-blue signature facade. The loft-like homes range in size from cozy, open-concept 600 square foot one-bedroom to two-bedroom units measuring over 1,200 square feet. Featuring contemporary open concepts, the homes provide open urban-bedrooms, spacious living areas with hardwood flooring, and unique floor-to-ceiling windows – all of which complement the industrial design elements of the building. Some of the homes also feature generous outdoor spaces. Amenities at Carbon 56 include secure parking, storage, and a gym. As for its location, Whole Foods, Amazon and bustling Downtown shopping core are all within a few short blocks away.
