SPIRE is expected to be completed in the winter of 2020 and will feature over 350 residential units. The penthouse condominiums will span the 38thand 39thfloors and feature a variety of layouts. The smallest homes will be one-bedroom, at roughly 750 square feet. The larger, 2- and 3-bedroom condominiums will be as grand as 1,995 square feet. In addition, the offering includes a unique combination of units which will create an estate condominium – a 2,365 square foot estate home with four bedrooms. The penthouse pricing begins at $1,099,950 and tops out at just under $5 million.

The penthouse units will feature unique characteristics, such as 10-foot ceilings. In addition, walls of glass in these homes will showcase the spectacular views of the surrounding areas: Space Needle, South Lake Union, Elliot Bay as well as the Seattle skyline. Interior features are impressive as well, with real wood cabinetry, Wolf gas cooktop, refrigerators by Sub-Zero, double ovens and even a wine fridge. In addition, buyers of those beautiful homes will have a choice of quartzite countertops and backsplashes. Several of the units will also feature gas fireplaces, electric blinds and Smart Panel home systems.
